Our Brand Story

NICEMAY was established in 2008 and has grown into a beauty device specialist serving brands, retailers, and distributors worldwide. Our work sits at the intersection of beauty and engineering: we design, develop, manufacture, and export beauty instruments under one integrated chain, so partners can move from an idea to a finished, compliant product without handing off between disconnected suppliers.

From the beginning, our focus has been on the category we know best — beauty instruments. Over the years we have built a portfolio that now covers 56 active models across multiple product families, including microcurrent lifting devices, LED light therapy units, facial cleansing brushes, ultrasonic skin scrubbers, hair removal devices, eye care tools, makeup mirrors, and mother-and-baby care products. This range is organized across our MR, BJ, QM, YM, PC, and MJ series, allowing partners to enter the market at different price points and for different use cases while working with a single manufacturing partner.

Our role is not limited to production. We support brands throughout the product lifecycle — from industrial design and engineering development to tooling, mass production, quality control, and export documentation. That end-to-end approach is what we call ODM/OEM with a full chain: design, R&D, production, and export, managed under one roof.

Group Affiliations and Manufacturing Bases

NICEMAY operates within a group of affiliated entities that together cover brand ownership, manufacturing, and commercial operations. These include Japan Nicemay Co., Ltd., which holds the brand; Shenzhen Hongwang Nicemay Electric Co., Ltd. (深圳宏旺奈喜美电器有限公司), our manufacturing branch; and 深圳前海奈喜美医疗美容器械有限公司, our Qianhai office entity. These are group affiliations, and we describe them as such.

Our production capacity is supported by two manufacturing locations in Guangdong, China:

• Huizhou Factory: Phase I, Le Chuang Cheng Industry Park, No.8 RenLuo 6th Road, Shuikou, Huicheng, Huizhou, Guangdong, China

• Shenzhen Guangming Factory: No.3, Lane 3, Jiazitang Road, Gongming, Guangming New District, Shenzhen

Having two sites gives us flexibility in capacity planning, product allocation, and delivery scheduling — an advantage when partners need to scale a successful model or run multiple SKUs in parallel. Both facilities follow the same quality management framework, so standards remain consistent regardless of where a product is produced.

Technology Differentiation

Competing in the beauty device market requires more than assembling components. We invest in specific technologies that give our partners a clear point of difference at the shelf and in the customer's hands.

Solar microcurrent technology. Featured in models such as the MR-2367 and YM-1837, this approach uses solar energy to support microcurrent delivery. It allows for a device format that is convenient for consumers and differentiated in a crowded lifting-device segment.

Four-wavelength LED therapy. The MR-2308 integrates four wavelength bands — 605nm, 630nm, 660nm, and 850nm — in a single device. This multi-band configuration lets brands address different skin care routines and consumer concerns with one product, rather than splitting them across multiple SKUs.

Hot and cold dual-mode functionality. Temperature-based treatment is a growing expectation in facial care. Our dual-mode hot-and-cold designs allow partners to offer a single device that supports both warming and cooling protocols, expanding the application scenarios a product can claim.

These technologies are not isolated experiments; they are integrated into our active model lineup and can be adapted for OEM/ODM projects, subject to project requirements and tooling considerations.

Certifications and Compliance

Regulatory readiness matters as much as product performance, especially for brands selling across multiple markets. Our products and operations are supported by the following certifications: CE-EMC, RoHS, FCC, ISO9001, ISO13485, BSCI 2021, UN38.3, and MSDS.

We list these by name because they reflect the compliance areas we work with: electromagnetic compatibility, hazardous substance restrictions, radio frequency equipment, quality management systems, medical device quality management, social compliance auditing, lithium battery transport safety, and material safety documentation. Certificates are available upon request, and we can provide the relevant documentation during project evaluation so your team can verify compliance against your target markets.

OEM/ODM Services

We work with partners who need a manufacturing partner capable of handling the full chain, not just filling a production line. Our OEM/ODM services cover product design, engineering and development, mold and tooling coordination, mass production, quality inspection, packaging support, and export documentation.

For OEM projects, we start from your specification or select from our existing 56 models and adapt accordingly. For ODM projects, we work from market requirements and develop a product configuration that fits your positioning. Because our portfolio already spans microcurrent, LED, cleansing, ultrasonic, hair removal, eye care, makeup mirror, and mother-and-baby categories, many projects can begin from an established platform rather than a blank page.

Our MOQ baseline for OEM is 500 units. Lead times vary by project scope and order volume: 2–3 days, 10–15 days, or 30–45 days depending on the product, customization level, and production schedule. We confirm timelines during quotation so expectations are clear before the order is placed.
